CFO Consulting

The project-based consulting assignment is based on a defined and measurable target. For this purpose, a project plan is drawn up which includes critical steps and essential milestones as well as identifying the required resources. Regular reviews ensure communication with all stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up. Depending on the mandate, the project may also include the implementation of the project plan.

Interim Finance Management

The Interim Finance Leader assumes disciplinary and content responsibility for the Finance Team for a period of three to nine months. Reasons are: need to bridge a vacant CFO position, transformation of the Finance Team due to a major step-up in responsibility, short-term hiring of an experienced executive at the request of investors. Priorities are agreed with the client and interim results are communicated regularly.

Evaluation

Based on a structured questionnaire covering business model, financial risks, team, processes and communication, the current state of the organization can be assessed. The results are then compared with peer companies resulting in measures to increase the financial solidity of the company.
